Hey MJ, new to this team and from NY. Ditto on turninhg 48 AND menopause. Have other health concerns as well. Hormones are a real kicker for me right now. Doing great then bam, roller coaster. Wondering if your Dr gave any tips? Mine are more concerned with other issues and tend to overlook this one.

Good morning,

I turned 48 in December and had a full hysterectomy in 2017 - the combo of age and menopause have piled on over 40 pounds! I'm here looking for info that is appropriate to what my body is going through now - all the old ways don't work for getting healthy and losing weight. I would love to see resources that you recommend that address fitness and middle age - books, podcasts. places on SP and beyond... because it's no longer as simple as reducing calories and walking more, and my joints are really starting to complain!
