Same! I'm also 50 in July, and also found success on SP years ago, and also want to have a healthy future. :-)
Last year I said I'd be "fit by 50" but that ship has sailed, ugh. At least maybe I can get fit WHILE I'm 50, LOL!

Next Landmarks/Goals:
[ ] Back into the 240's (I told you I'd gained a huge portion back)
[ ] Back into the 220's
[ ] Back into the 200's
[ ] Back to Onederland
[ ] Someday/bucket list goal: hike to Havasupai Falls (and out again...)

Thank you. It's been a few years since I was successful in any weight lose. Well, more correct would be since I even tried. Sparkpeople was a huge part in that success. I am ready to make life changes. I turn 50 in July and want to spend my future feeling good, looking good, but mostly loving myself. I have been very unkind to myself for as long as I can remember.. emoticon

I'm Renee and have been Sparking on and off since 2008. Really trying to find a good fit for motivation. Any good suggestions for articles that involve making small changes to start off.
