Hi Alan! Good info on food--lots of great snacks around, and you may find it's hard to eat it all if you pick the right ones! Hope you enjoy--sounds like you're really doing great with exercise!

Hello,

My name is Alan and I am trying out this online version of a weight loss support group to see if it works for me. My main problem is snacking a lot to relieve stress. I do a strenuous bike ride to work and back, and lift weights 2 to 3 times a week, but my body is getting acclimated to that level of exertion, and I just like food. Calorie restriction is not fun.
