I have to ban the chocolate from the house or just have the amount that I have tracked for the day. If I don't, I will eat them ALL. Tracking will show how many calories are in things and those naughty little chocolates really add up.

Welcome, and you can do this. As far as eating the snacks - after dinner, I find brushing my teeth as soon as the dishes are done seems to tell my brain that eating is done for the day. For other times, if you can't just ban the snacks from your house, try drinking a good amount of water and/or hop on that bike for a spin to give yourself something to do so that you won't obsess.

Welcome. Well, off to a good start using the bike.

As for not eating chocolates and candies, I just had to make it a firm rule . . . none in the house. Just makes it easier to say NO once in the store vs. having it nag @ me in the house. It's heard.
