I weighed in at 119 last week, which officially qualifies me for the leaving 110-ville team!

(Ok, I should admit that since then I had a randomly high weigh-in of 121, but I am sure that will shake out in a few days)

My ultimate goal is to weigh about 105 lbs. I want to see where i end up when I have 15% body fat. I'm quite short and have a very small frame. I have mostly been about 125 lbs, and I can carry it ok. But I look quite squishy. Every time I've gotten under 118, I've looked much better.

What are you guys' methods for food portioning? As we're all small, we can't eat as much as taller/bigger people. Especially our husbands??!!! Any hints, tips or ideas?
