emoticon Welcome to the beginning of your healthy lifestyle. Diets don't work, but making small changes to your lifestyle does.
emoticon Most of us are here for the long haul, so feel free to get to know us. Questions ... wonderful, that's the only way we learn. Aha moments ... share them. We love them and they even open some doors for us to get further in our journey. Rants and pity parties ... we all have those days. I will warn you though … this is a pretty upbeat bunch of people you'll be talking to.
emoticon Check out a few Spark Pages. You'll soon find some like minded people to hook up with as friends. Join a few teams. I find that the challenge team I am on motivates me when I don’t feel like doing what I know I should. It's also small enough that I can get to know some people going for the same goal.
emoticon Don’t let all the information that is here scare you. Just try to make two or three small changes, and when you've got them mastered, and then move on. Before you know it, you'll be amazed at how long you been here and how far you have come!
emoticon Statistics say that those who interact with others do better with their weight loss. Don't be afraid to reach out. None of us is perfect and most of us have fallen … several times. We all know where you are coming from and how hard this is sometimes.
