I've been with Spark People on and off and just re-joined yesterday. I was using My Fitness Pal, but wasn't doing well because I needed a structured meal plan - something I tried doing myself every week, but got bored with the same stuff. I even looked into Weight Watchers for this reason. I read mixed reviews, and didn't know if I wanted to spend $20/month for being able to use online food and exercise journal - something I was already getting for free.

So. . . here I am - committed to losing the 20 lbs I need to to get to a healthy weight.
