For me it's the joy of the clothing! Although, on the otherhand the $$ are not something I have a lot of.

I lost a lot of weight in 2004/5 and then some of it crept back on again...to a point where the doctor suggested a little should go!

Last time, one item I had to buy was NEW JEANS and I love them...but what has happened this time is that those Jeans are now sooooooooo loose I have had to buy a belt to keep 'em up :-)

I can't quite understand why this has happened...but that's the way it goes I guess!

I feel so healthy now and I know what choices to make for food, sometimes I make the healthiest choices and don't have enough calories so I have to eat a treat hehehe, which is AMAZING! I feel stronger and lighter there are definite changes to my body and inches that have been lost.

What is the biggest perk to losing weight and or getting fit?

I would say the energy and the motivation to do more than I thought I could have ever done in the past. (not to mention the looser fitting clothes!)
