Welcome! I've known many people on Spark that have lost a majority of their weight by making the right food choices. So don't let not being able exercise discourage you. You can do this. Take you're time to figure out what will work for you!

Hi, Claudiree - emoticon to the team!!

Check out the Fitness section - they have some chair aerobics and other exercises that can be done by most people. My dad was 100% disabled, spinal cord injury, severe arthritis, 90 yrs old and we had exercises for him so maybe you're not going to run a marathon [nor am I!!!] but even a little bit helps - in fact, I suggest taking 'baby steps' for everything! Hang in there!

I am 59, a female and married! I sure can use all the encouragement I can get. Also, I am disabled which makes it even harder. excercise is out of the question.

I am looking forward to this approach and welcome all support I can get! emoticon
