My best advice is to take baby steps, make changes slowly and don't try to change everything at once - good luck with your journey!

Welcome to the D&A group Frank! I think you'll find us really supportive of one another as we all move toward loving healthier lives. If you have any questions about navigating around or anything else, please don't hesitate to drop a note on my page or send a spark mail. You might find our weekly group challenges a bit of fun. The next one starts on Sunday so keep your eyes peeled for the announcement email.

Hi everyone new team member here.

I am a 41 year old guy called Frank. I live in Scotland with my wonderful wife and two beautiful daughters and i am also a binge eater.

I have been on and off the spark for sometime now as well as being on Overeaters Anonymous and the Smart Recovery program. Up until these past couple of weeks i have really struggled to committing to my lifestyle change. Sometimes i would last a week or if i am lucky i would last a couple of months and then i would fall off the wagon. I would then restart under a new name because of the guilt of my failure.

I have got an appointment with my councilor later on this month to address my binge eating problem. What i was thinking of doing was setting some short term goals and setting up some kind of a support network before then. Basically to get the momentum going again.

I am really hoping that i will be able to get to the bottom of my binge eating problem. So i can start making the right decisions and taking the right action to cure it.

Thanks for reading.

Frank.
