I started Day One today. I've always eaten pretty healthy but just haven't been able to stay consistant with the exercise. My main goal here is to make exercise a true habit for myself. I like the way it is designed with a short video each day. Those will be short enough to do each morning yet a good workout to get my day started. It sure seems like starting the day right is the perfect way to let the rest of the day fall into place with renewed motivation. I'm also very excited to see what changes my body will make during the 28 days :)
