I found this to be the best challenge so far, its so much easier at my house now that the kids (8,4,3) want to eat their colours. We've increased our veggies, cut our tv time in half and spend more time doing things as a family either outside or inside with wii and board games. My husband and I are creating happy healthy habits for our kids, my weight loss is a bonus.

I'm slowly getting everyone at my home on board! I have 4 kids - 16, 15, 12, and 8, so hectic schedules abound. My goal is one possitive change a month (this month it was NO chips, August was activity logs with reward levels - both worked pretty well).

Hello, I am a 44 year old mother of a 16, 14, &11 year old. I would love for our family (my hubby/best friend and children) to start trying to eat healthier and exercise more. It is hard because our lives are busy but I am willing to try!!!

I can do all things thru CHRIST who strengthens me :)
