Hi there. I'm the mom of two active boys. I am hoping that this challenge helps us all get more active and away from the watching screens. This winter kept us inside a lot so ready to get into some new habits. I think the more challenging part for me will be eating healthier since I'm crunched for time and it seems as if fast food isn't usually very healthy. Glad to have found this challenge.
