Hi everyone!

I'm Holley, I am 25 and a work in progress with getting myself back into shape. Three years ago I made a huge change in my life and spend a year and a half losing 75 pounds. I was 5 pounds away from my goal weight of 140. Fast forward to April 2013, we moved to Florida and my husband joined the Army, and now I started the year 35 pounds heavier than when we moved down here. The convenience of eating out and having a very busy life completely blindsided us, and we both packed on some weight.

For the past 2 1/2 weeks I have been going to the YMCA with my son and have been getting my butt kicked in the classes, and I love it! My goal is to be back where I was by the end of the year, if not sooner. My husband is on board to, with his schedule exercise is finding to be harder to find time for, but we are getting there. My son loves being active and actually even packed HIMSELF a healthy lunch yesterday. (One proud Mama!) I am happy to join a challenge about a healthy family though because we need all the support and motivation so we can get to really reform the entire household!
