Not having any success with lowcal so I am intrigued by starting a low carb lifestyle. I am insulin resistant and about 80 pounds overweight. Wish me luck! emoticon

Hello! I just started the dietdoctor.com 2 week low carb challenge. I've done Atkins and South Beach before and had some success, so I thought I'd give this a try. Love that it's free, and has printable grocery lists, lol.
