Hi my name is carrie and on the last challenge i was working on maintaning my weight. This time i have renewed myselt and my goals and would like to work on losing 20 more pds before July 2011.
I have started jenny craig on Weds morning and have stuck to it for the past 5 days. My starting weight was 188.8 when i weighed in on Weds. I have also been working out for 25-35 mins,since weds and been drinking my 8 things of water eating my fruits and working on veggies
then on Sat i took a 4.5 mile walk and it felt good to be back outside again. I will see about walking again tomorrow if the weather permits.I just will just take a shorter one.
I do have an amazing story to tell you about my walk/jog that i took today. Since i can remember i have not been able to jog or run for a few reason. 1. i had to much holding me down.and 2 was embarressed about it Well today i decided to walk up my hill and then i began jogging. I am not sure how long i was jogging for since my tracker stopped a few min into it. I think i did it for at least 1.5 miles. I am going to have to redo my jog sometime today to find out for sure. It felt amazing to be able to actually jog for the time that i did.
Today i went on my jog/walk again and it came to 34 min diistance 2.11 miles cals were 226 and speed was at 3.7. I only made 3 stops to catch my breathe
