Hi Kayne: I Think you will do well. I got some crackers for evening snack. I read the label and I can have 4 with less than 100 calories.... and I only eat 2 if I really need to snack emoticon .

You also have a treadmill. Lucky you! A mix of some strength exercise like wall-push-ups , doing some tummy tucks etc. I usually do a set of 10 each to begin and increase when I'm comfortable to do more. You can look up strength exercise in the exercise tab and find what may peak your interest.

We're here to cheer you on. Together we can do this

I started with this team today. I have no one physically close to me to encourage me, so i depend on SP. I want to lose about 20 - 25 lbs, depending on how look when I reach the goal. Today I weighed 160.3, which is about down 1 lb from yesterday.

I live in extreme northern NH, so my resources are limited. And for various reasons the resources that I do have are not available to me at this time. So, I have to sort things out on my own. I have my own treadmill, so that is a big help.

I am happily married, 75 yrs old, and fighting depression (all my live). I have found a lot of help here, but due to my snacking in the evenings, I'm having trouble losing the weight. However, I am determined to get there this time around.

I want to lose my stomach fat. Like a lot of men this is my goal. I'm new here so hope this Team will help me achieve my goal

Hi Everyone. I have kept weight down since December and have dropped two and a half sizes, and am going for more. I think this team will help me stay accountable and on track.
