If you don't adopt new cats, they will probably die in a shelter. Only this time, make them indoor cats. They live longer, they are happy, healthier and more loving. You are not replacing your little soul mates, only helping new ones. Each cat brings a different and new love. Sorry for your loss. Today is so much more dangerous to outdoor cats than when we we younger. A car is lethal. emoticon

Hi all,

I was a servant to two beautiful cats who were a handful, talkative and very affectionate.

Sadly both have been killed on roads in the last 6 weeks. Norman was two miles away, across a golf course and a rugby club - I knew he went to the golf course as we've a garden full of stolen golf balls. Evie, was closer to home and I found her.

I am so desperately sad without them and feel I have lost two individuals who really loved me.

I am now torn, I would love to have that love again and feel so lonely without them. Part of me want's to find two more now to take me away from the emptiness at home, part feels guilty to be thinking about it so soon and the remainder as you can imagine is worry about the roads.
