Welcome to the team Jewel! I have heard of non 24, but I don't know much about it myself so I hesitate to go making suggestions as I wouldnt want to send you down a bad road.

HI folks, my name is Jewel. I am an (almost) 34-year-old woman living in North Carolina. I have non-24 hour sleep/wake phase disorder, and it really frustrates me. I'm hoping to find peopel here who can offer suggestions (other than more medicine) to curb this problem and get my sleep. For example, last night, I went to bed at 11pm. Then I woke up at 2am and didn't get back to sleep until 5am and finally slept until 10am. So I had a good night last night. There are also nights when I can't sleep until 5am, period, or can't sleep during the night at all. I'm frustrated with all this because I'm trying to set up a meal and exercise routine so I can get those pounds off!
