Explore the web site a bit. There are articles on EVERYTHING. Track what you eat and run the daily report. This will give you lots of details on what you ate and how you should improve.

God grant me the serenity to change the things I can, to accept the things I cannot change, and the wisdom to know the difference.

Hello,

I have just recently started with spark. I love to workout and "know" how to eat right, but I am still overweight because I can not get myself to stop eating.

The other night while watching TV I sat down and ate a lot of candy and bread, even though the last part of it I knew I wasn't hungry just couldn't stop. I live with other people so I can't just not have bad food choices in my house.

I would love any advice people have to help me curtail this activity. I know I should and I even say that while I am doing it, but I still can't stop. Or anyone that will hold me accountable for my actions.

Thanks you.
