it sounds like you have a great approach to doing things- setting goals but being realistic in what you can do! I love your idea of working your abs. I am going to try to stay consistent with my planks....they have my whole body talking back so I can only imagine the progress I will make if I keep it up. Consistency is one of my struggles....so let's motivate each other! We can do this!

Oh boy, I've been neglecting starting up with ab exercises the entire time I've been getting back on track. I have made a LOT of impressive improvements over the last couple of months, but I need to KEEP making improvements. As soon as I came across this team, I decided that THIS would be my motivation tool to get back to crunching! I will alternate with other abs exercises. However, until I establish a consistent streak of 100 reps for my abs everyday, I won't risk losing focus by trying to also add 100 of anything else everyday (on top of the things I have already been doing). So... I'd better post this, get a SparkStreak set up, and get to crunching!

Hi I'm Sonya and this sounds like a great idea for a team!
My goal is Monday - 100 squats, Tuesday - 100 knee highs, Wednesday - 100 crunches, Thursday - 100 plank shoulder taps, Friday - 100 squats, Saturday - 100 crunches, Sunday - rest

Recap: Yesterdays goal was 3 sets of 15 reps of Leg lifts, arm curls, seated abs or crunches, wall push-ups, squats, regular crunches, triceps extensions, and step ups, what I did do was 4 sets of crunches with 25 reps each, 4 sets of wall pushups with 15 reps, and 4 sets of 15 squats.

Today's goals: Leg lifts, arm curls, seated abs or crunches, wall push-ups, squats, regular crunches, triceps extensions, and step ups. So far I have done 100 crunches, and 4 sets of 15 of the leg lifts and arm curls.

alright my goal (and I am going to do daily goals vs long term here so I can keep track of what I am doing :D) is 3 sets of 15 reps of each: Leg lifts, arm curls, seated abs or crunches, wall push-ups, squats, regular crunches, triceps extensions, and step ups. So far I have 2 reps of 15 for squats, and 1 set of wall push-ups!

Hi! I'm currently doing squats and crunches. reverse crunches and wall push-ups along with step-ups for getting my 100's done. After my month is up, I plan on continuing with the crunches on the ball and reverse crunches (that is my problem area). Along with wall push-ups. Even though I procrastinate a bit, I have been getting in my 100's. I do really like the idea of incorporating planks into my 100's. And maybe jumping jacks too.

I don't watch much for TV, but I do LOVE movies! At our home we wind down before bed by watching one in my room. I like all sorts of genre's, but especially family movies due to the message they send the kiddo's. I also like to read, spend time with my Daughter- and walk and play with our Dog ((Bear- Bear)).

I think step ups are great! I was doing lots of those and need to get back to them!

I walked a ton today....did a college visit with my Junior!
My 100s were donkey kicks and high knee ups- marches.

Thanx, I love this team!! And was wondering how everyone would feel if I put a blog about doing the 100 challenge?

also I have done some of my Step- ups!! I know I have already said I did them but I do better knowing I have to do them, So I will put a Goal met when I am done, but what I wanted to say was, is, after doing them I feel them more right below my Love Handles, which is where I have never been able to get!!

Every year for the past several has been "THE YEAR', "MY YEAR"...and sometimes that has been true for a while!

I have been at this long enough to know what works for me. Setting goals for the week in different areas really helped me, so I think the 100 daily reps will be a good place for me to focus.

I have heavy legs, so most of my 100 reps will be dealing with that area- squats, step ups onto a stool, etc. It is a simple goal that I am hoping I will be motivated to accomplish each day if I know it is my daily "to-do" and I can feel good about it!

I have 4 kids and just recently went back to work. I love to cook and bake and create all sorts of fun things. I like to refinish furniture and decorate and I am addicted to all rehab shows....The Property Brothers, Rehab Addict, Househunters! Love seeing things transformed!
