Hi Everyone:
I am joining this challenge because I need to stay on track with my diabetes. I just started being on Meds two months ago. I am so thankful to my God for the strength he is giving me and the persistence, nonetheless, the extra motivation and knowledge I can get here is something that will help me keep on track. I am good at getting up one day and do what I have to, but soon I loose focus, get tire, unmotivated and I find my self on square 1 all over again. Just taking this time today to tell all of my fellow team to stay strong, we will do this together. One step at a time, don't rely on your own strength but The Almighty's strength. We can do all things through Christ who strengthen us! stay bless :-)
