Hi, I joined because I have a question about working out at Planet Fitness. I do it 3 times a week for an hour and a half. I do an hour on the elliptical and the rest on the abs and weight machines. I've been doing this for 4 years.

I started at level 7 on the elliptical and am now at level 12. At the lower levels I did 6 miles in an hour and moved up when it became too easy. I've been on level 12 for over a year but can only do between 4.75 and 5.15 miles in an hour. My legs feel heavy while doing it and it's quite an effort. Any idea why I can't get past level 12 while I'm progressing in the other areas? Thanks.
