So basically you are doing stretching for 5-10 minutes.
Then testing blood sugar.
Then eating breakfast.

????

Are you getting any dangerously low blood sugar readings?

What do you mean by a "series of exercises"???
What type exercises, what intensity, what duration?

Most people should check their blood sugar when waking and before doing strenuous exercise. Food may be required before exercising for management of a safe and appropriate blood sugar level throughout the exercise.

However, if you are just doing a few, low intensity stretches to help wake up and improve movement---you could probably wait until after.

I do a series of exercises right after I wake up, then I go check my blood glucose.
I have looked and looked and cannot find out if I should or shouldn't exercise right before I test my blood glucose.
Could someone please help.
