Hi all

I joined SP in 2007 and lost 25 pounds, ran marathons and was in the best shape of my life. then I lost my motivation and began stress eating and stopped working out. Voila..back up to my all time high weight.

Started back a couple of weeks ago. Am doing the Whole 30 (basically super clean eating) and am down over 5 pounds :) Hoping to get close to 120ville in the next 4 weeks before my 40th high school reunion.
