emoticon You have some challenges but emoticon . You might try some of the seated exercises, use some free weights and exercise bands. Swimming might be another option, or water aerobics. Building muscle will help to increase your metabolism which will make it easier to lose.

Trying to get re-Sparked! Really frustrated right now though - I broke my foot in September, turns out I have bunions bad enough that I have to get surgery, so my exercise options are limited (walking more than about a mile makes my feet go numb, so... bad idea). I figure if I can at least get back in the habit of tracking my food it'll be easier to get back in shape once my surgery is done (sometime in May or early June) and I'm cleared for activity.
