Down almost 4 pounds! I can't believe it! I don't expect those kinds of losses again--it's just that I started drinking all of my water and actually counting my calories this past week. emoticon Hopefully this will be the momentum I need to be careful tomorrow for Thanksgiving...

I am down 2lbs from last week. . .but even better than that is that I am once again fitting into the pants I wore before my miscarriage (april 2012). . .my next goal is to be into my jeans by christmas :)

I'm at no change this week- but am down 16.4 lbs total which I'm really proud of. I am running a 5k on Thanksgiving and I'm hoping to lose another 5lbs before the end of December. Forward progress!

I'm new in here, but it seems like everyone does their own weigh in day and then posts when appropriate, right? I think I am going to make Thursday or Friday my weigh in day. Maybe if I've had a good week and see progress, it will help me stay on track for the weekend.

Today is my weigh-in and I'm suprised because last week I seemed to be headed towards a plateau but I'm down 3.1 lbs. That explains my pants fitting lol. emoticon

2 weeks in and I am already down 6 lbs. Started at 236 and am at 230 today. Loosing at a little faster pace then I should but that is a good problem to have and it will level out over time. Keep up the good work every one.

144.2 down 2.8 this week! I am happy about this but I do think that it is muscle loss due to not exercising daily for about 2 weeks now. I guess I will take it though and just keeping working forward, no sense in falling behind.
