1 hr 45 min in the pool today water walking and swimming mixed with a few water aerobic moves! Twice in one week and thinking we are going again tomorrow or getting out the bikes!

What is done is done. I will not dwell on it. I will move on and learn from my past. I love myself.

emoticon Reached over 10,000 steps - took dog for 3 walks - one 45 minute walk and two 10-15 minute walks.

ALSO emoticon with ST to do:

2 sets 10 hammer curls (7lb dumbbells)
2 sets 15 bicep curls (10lb dumbbells)
2 30 sec hold of boat pose (this is a tough one for me!! www.myyogaonline.com/poses/stabilize
