emoticon as long that dont loose to much weight its unhealthy and if you loose weight too quickly you might gain it back so try to loose 2 lbs a week you can keep up with weight loss

i really dont care what people think of me because 99.9% times they are totally wrong and .1% times they are right half the time they get that wrong

I weigh in on Mondays and today I was down 2 lbs...finally a loss. The past 3 if not 4 weeks has been the same. So hopefully I am going to start lossing finally
