I am drinking 1 litre and 1/2 per day and, at time, 2 litres plus. I am also tracking my food religiously. However my weight remain at 85 kg. I am persevering at that worthy pursuit because I feel better and also I have gain some muscles.:). I hope that in a near future I will be back into running. :))

The Seeker: are you drinking your water? Are you tracking what you're eating? I find that if I slack off with either of those two things, even when exercising, my progress slows or even crawls to a halt.

walk 800 paces and digging holes for posts 30 minutes. I dont understand my weight is remaining the same.. Any ideas anyone??
