Hello My name is Jaime. I am also looking for a spark weight loss partner. I am at 215. I would like to lose a pound a week that my goal. My biggest goal right now is to get under 200. I have not seen that number in years. I like to say I am active. I love walks and hiking. snowshoeing sliding skiing. I don't always have the time to do these things. I have a 12 and 14 year old daughters who keep me busy with there schedules I also have a part time job at an (no kill) animal shelter that I love. I lost 20 pounds last year and have gain some back :( . I really need to do this. I think a partner would help. My hubby who weighs 140 soaking wet and my kids are healthy weights so they really don't understand my issues.

Well it been a good and bad week...but I did it...my goal was to lose 2 lbs this week but I loss 3lbs...My goal was to walk everyday and alternate body parts to exercise and watch hat I ate... Well Sunday didn't do to good with watching what I ate(Always have the family over for Sunday dinner and I couldn't help myself. but the rest if the week I did

As far as walking...my foot swelled up (it often does that) so I was only able to walk up to Tuesday..Foot went down a little and today taking my grandbabies to the festival...so chasing them around is going to consist of a lot of walking and running...smile

I did exercise everyday but Wednesday - Friday had to do seated exercise that they have in sparks....

But I did lose 2lbs.....hope this foot get better so I can walk next week

Hi Karen,
I am also looking for a Spark Weight Loss Buddy. I want to talk to someone who will be going through the same ups and downs of weight loss with me. I work at home and I am very busy running 2 businesses so I let that take priority. Well, I have deadlines, etc so I have to be there for my clients but I have to also pay attention to my health. In the last 2 years, I have had 2 daughters get married and so I have been really busy with weddings,etc. It would be so fun to find support from another person who is also struggling to lose weight. I weight about 250 and I would like to weigh 135. I am very inactive because I am at a computer all day but I am going to set aside a time to exercise. I look forward to hearing about your successes and challenges.

Hello my name is Karen.I am looking for a Spark Friend to help with this weight loss. What I am exactly looking for is a person that I can chat with on Sparks that we can keep up with our achievements and failures on weight loss and help each other overcome them or praise them. We can give each other ideas, talk about what we did to accomplish our goal of getting to the weight we want, and if we did have a day of failure talk to each other to overcome them.
About myself. I am a over 40year old, married woman of 4 daughters(youngest 20) and have 7 grandchildren and one on the way. I live in Columbus, Ohio and I go to school and my husband is retired. I started out at 256lbs and now I am 218lbs. My goal is to be 160lbs by next year. I can do it but want weight buddy. I do yoga, walk, exercise and try to watch what I eat and drink. One thing about it I want a spark friend who is a fun out-going person. I am very cheerful, outgoing, and a fun person person to talk to and I want the same in a spark weightloss buddy. Thank you
