Wow girl, you really are exercising alot. I've always heard that 3x/week was good, so maybe you can tone it down a little. 30 min. at a time is so awesome. Good luck to you.

Started exercising 5 times a week and sleeping more 8 hours a night but feel so tired in the mornings. Just don't know if I can keep this up. Worst of all I just exercise about 30 min a day.

Soudns like you are doing great just keep tracking and look back once in a while to see what is working and what is not - some things I just don't eat after I found out the calories while some things I keep eating once in a while or eat a lot less.

I've been tracking my food every day since I started on SP, except for the days that I've been on vacation or sick, etc. I track the good and the bad. Most days I do come within my nutrition tracker. I would just like to make it so that I'm more on the lower end of the ranges and that I'm doing that the majority of each week instead of just some days and then not. Thanks for that thought.

Sounds like you are on target - great to have an accountability partner and you are exercising. Are you also food tracking and staying within the recommended nutrition values?

I need help and motivation. I'll try to wrap my story up in a small paragraph....hopefully!
I found SP in 9/2011, and my sister had passed away 2/2010, so I felt I was full of motivation with her terrible young age Diabetic. I was scared to death by her death, with her being overweight and didn't take much action to get healthy. She was only 54. I'm 56 now and am here to say that I lost 67# and have gained 40# back and I know that if I don't do something drastically to change this, I'll be gaining all my weight back! I have Rheumatoid Arth., so with having to push through the pain every day to exercise and with being on Prednisone, it's tough, but I know that I've done it before, so I can do it again! I've challenged a friend here on SP so that will keep me accountable. I love to eat! Who doesn't?! I'm only 5'2", so every pound shows. I'm upping my walking and pedaling on my recumbent bike and with reining in on the sweets, I can really do this, with eating more veggies and fruit too. I had a total knee replacement on 12/14/14 and feel super good and I'm back to walking better than ever now, so I feel that the weight should start melting off pretty soon!

Does anyone have more ideas that could help me?
