Hi All!
I decided to come back to Sparkpeople to help with my weight goals again. I'm already doing ok having started in March with Intermittent fasting at 214 lbs and currently in January am at 193 lbs.

The first long-term goal I'm aiming toward is 130 lbs but I have set littler goals along the way and I follow a chart I made myself.

Biggest frustration: I am fluctuating between 190-195 lbs and can't seem to see that "8" any time soon for the 180's lbs. Any suggestions for breaking a plateu?
