Ok, my weight is coming down SLOWLY, I think that is because I am not eating enough.
I had hope for better results and more support.

ok, into second week and its getting harder to keep up with all the meal planning. I must keep going making sure I reach my goals.

OK I know we all have been down this road before, we start a diet and a week, month etc. we give up. More disappointed and feeling more overwhelmed! Its hard to do the right thing and usually we wait until it becomes a MUST. I have done it over and over only to find myself gaining more weight each time I give up. Well, my MUST happen last week when I got my blood work back and learned that I have a lot of medical problems that have been created from giving up on myself, now I have to stay the goal. When you realize that the simple act of making the RIGHT choices really can kill you or SAVE you, you see things clearly. I not only want to lose weight to look and feel good, but to be Healthy. Pain, disease and disappointment is a great motivator. But why wait for that realization that you no longer have the luxury of choosing to take charge of your health but NOW you HAVE to. You can win at losing by just choosing good health over taste good moments. I NOW MUST CHOOSE HEALTH.
I started on the Keto diet Sunday and now down 4 pounds and have 50+ to go, I can do this and so can you. Start today on making that decision to WIN at LOSING. Lets do it together.
