Today I did 15 minutes on the treadmill and 20 on a sit down exercise bike. Although today on the treadmill I did it with different elevations on the ramp.

Today I went to the Y and did 3 minutes on the stair master(don't laugh, LOL), 15 on the treadmill and 20 on the exercise bike.

Ok I just got back from the gym and did 30 minutes on the Cross ramp... 338 calories and then another 35 on the treadmill burning another 346 calories.

Way to go there Terri! Keep up the great work!

Tuesday I did

10 minutes on the Wave Machine... totally do NOT get that cardio machine at all

60 minutes of weight training on the weight machines

38 minutes on the tredmill... got a cramp and had to get off

Burned 450 calories doing cardio not sure what I did with the weights
