I do major cardio at work every day,, also, I run up and down my basement stairs,,
Seabreeze is right,, once you get past that initial momentum, things start to move.. including YOU!!
Continuous yrad work, pumping it up hauling laundry up and down stairs, shoveling snow, washing and painting walls, etc,, check your before and after pulse,, respirations,,

TWELVE YEARS SPARKING!!

As you progress on this healthy journey you will discover a BREAK point....

Calories consumed - calories burned = some BREAK point in which you will be consistently losing a pound or so a week.

It sometimes takes awhile to discover this point.... but YOU CAN FIND IT AND DO IT!

there are plenty of things that you probably do all the time and don't think about that are exercise. try browsing through some of the different exercises listed in the cardio area to get some ideas.

I track cleaning when I am doing it for a long period of time. Also raking and yard work is great cardio. Sounds like you are on the right track and doing great!

What exercises do you do? I walk when the weather is nice, but lately it hasn't been. Other than that, I use my elliptical. My exercise goal is 45 minutes of cardio every day. I always use the elliptical at least once a day, but usually, I do it twice. So, probably 5 days a week, I get in 90 minutes a day on my elliptical.
Do you track fitness minutes for other things you do throughout your normal day? Like cleaning or whatever you do regularly? I only track the things that I do specifically as exercise like walking or using the elliptical.
Just wondering what everyone else is doing.
