Thank you so much everyone for the encouraging words.

I feel today that I'm back on track, unfortunately got on the scale this morning to having gained 17 pounds back on, BUT it has made me more determined to get back on track. I know what I should not have been doing and what was working for me so I'm getting back to that.

I hope everyone is doing well on there weight loss journey.

That's wonderful you beat cancer!! Cleanse days are hard, i agree. But yes, it is important not to beat yourself up it over it! I think the most important thing is to keep busy, have the allotted snacks every hour, I look forward to the next hour!. And drink herbal tea, that is what I do, and I also chew a lot of gum LOL!! I think of it as giving my liver a cleanse, that makes me feel better. Good luck

I'm not currently following the Isagenix program, but I wish you all the best of luck with your 2018 goals.

Hi All and Happy New Year,

I started a monthly challenge yesterday as I need HELP, getting back on the Isagenix program.

Since my breast cancer in March (now CANCER FREE) and then my Car Accident in December I have been kind of on again off again with the Isagenix, and need support.

This morning the boss brought in cookies that his father in law makes he brings them in every week. I tried to have the will power but just couldn't, so I ate two, and on a cleanse day no less. Well I'm trying not to beat myself up, and just say ok the rest of the day be good which I know I can.

So I'm hoping we can support each other through this thread whom every needs it. I know speaking to other people who are having the same issues and struggles helps.

Well hope to hear from you so we can give each other support.
