It's pointless for me to mention a brand given that you wouldn't get the same us us in NZ, but I canNOT use any with dyes in it. That leaves me wanting to scratch up big time LOL! My suggestion is to shop around and make a note of what they are like.

I introduced my S/Father to aloe vera wipes (baby-type would be just as good) but altho' they mostly say they are flushable, it is best that you dispose of them other ways because they can cause blockages. I put little vegetable plastic bags in the loo for him to put them into and then dispose of in the rubbish. By using them you reduce the amount of toilet paper on your skin, and also reduce the likelihood of little skin tears.

I may need to switch toilet paper. I am so sensitive to toilet paper. Especially when I have diarrhea that just doesn't want to stop. What do all you use?
