I'm on day 9 right now, so this subject is on my mind. Last time i did the cleanse, i got so hungry once i started the orange juice, and then of course i gave in to all my cravings. So here is my plan this time. If any of you have worries about the ease-out process, maybe you can try this too!

-Day One Post-Cleanse: Drink fresh OJ, and also supplement it with some MC lemonade (about 3 or 4 cups), and take 1/4 serving PREBIOTICS AND PROBIOTICS in powder+capsule form.

-Day Two Post-Cleanse: Fresh OJ, home made veggie broth, 2-3 cups MC lemonade, and 1/2 serving pre/probiotics.

-Day Three Post-Cleanse: Fresh fruit/veg smoothie or juice, fresh whole fruit and veg, vegan soup, lemonade as needed, and 3/4 serving of pre-probiotics.

-Days Four through Seven: Continue to have fruits, vegetables, add nuts and seeds and legumes, and continue to take full serving of pre/probiotics each day. Try to eat 80% raw foods during this time.



**pre/probiotics: i take Shaklee's Optiflora duo. The prebiotics are the food that feeds the probiotics, and it comes in a powder. This is what i mean by 1/4 servings, etc. The probiotics come in a small pearl capsule, so it would be impossible to divide that. If you go for a full serving right away, you'll probably get an upset stomach.

I think you gain a little back just because you are actually eating again. As for what to eat, I think you should join the Eating Clean Team. Learning to eat clean is a great way to stay healthy and avoid introducing processed stuff in to the system you just cleansed!

Congratulations on 9 days.. ! !

after go to eating clean foods, whole foods, lots of fiber..

when you go into a grocery store, shop the outer walls.. it is normally where you dairy, vegtables and meats are.. all the stuff inside is processed and not very healthy.. for the most part

sorry i wasn't here for you cleanse
as for how much you gain back, it will depend on how much you and what you eat,

Getting discouraged?
Lift something equal to the weight you've lost and carry it around for awhile

Once choice at a time per day
will make your new life style become reality !

Im just finishing up day 9 of the cleanse and i know what to eat for my phasing out.
but how did everyone go back to normal eating...what did u eat and what daily calories did u limit urself too.

I dont want to gain all my weight back.
Can u also let me know how much can i expect to gain back if any
