I did the ten minute pilates video. I haven't done that one in a long time. Eyowch!

I'm making a shopping list for other sources of iron. I did put a handful of spinach in my smoothie along with fruit, a little yoga, coconut water, yogurt and avocado.

Did the 1 mile ab workout with Jessica and the 6 minute thigh burner with Nicole today. My Fitbit didn't register 1 mile but that could have been a coordination issue on my part. No matter. I worked up a sweat!

I ate all of my Spinach yesterday so had to make do with other salad ingredients for today's lunch.
