Called my BFF who lives in Michigan and talked for a couple of hours. We have been friends for 40 years and haven't talked for awhile to it was a long phone call. I walked back and forth the length of our front porch and got lots of steps in.

Everything is a bit of a challenge these days!
I took time for a bit of yoga over lunch hour.
My real challenge today is to shut 'er down at 4:00 (working from home means Extra work for me) and do some crocheting.

sing
watch some comedy
listen to a comedy podcast
