TANJAB2, I have the same problem. I need to eat at least 1400 cal. but often I'm just not hungry and may not even get 600. I can tell when I've not taken in enough calories...I'm grumpy, &/or get headaches. So, I bought some nutrition shakes. I don't know how else to get those neccessary calories.

Well, only two more pounds gone this month. Kind of disappointing, but I realized that I wasn't eating enough calories for the amount of exercise that I was getting. Hopefully that will help things get moving again. Hope everyone had a great weekend and is ready for another great week!!

I lost two pounds this week! I went from 280 to 278. I'll take it since we went out to eat at Applebee's on Friday and I did eat anything that was low-fat.

see my problem is that i am not hungry and i have to make myself eat and i feel that 1500 calories are a lot... but i know that i need to eat that since i am working out 5 times a week... i try to eat that much but like i said i am always around 1200 calories or sometimes even less, and i think that this is maybe my problem

Hi! I am hanging in there maintaining, but would like to lose a little more. My doctor (naturopath) has helped me figure out a way to eat that keeps my blood sugar steady throughout the day so I can reduce calories a little more and feel good - this seems to have made a difference so I am feeling optimistic!

Hi Team I am New here to this msgb. So well i am working out now for 2 weeks and i lost 1 pound. Its not a lot but i also lost some inches, so i am happy about that. I just hope it will continue like that. I hope you guys had some good weigh in too.

I missed Weigh-In Wednesday, but better late than ever. I am @ 211.8 this week. Down a total of 55.2 since March, 35 pounds gone this summer since I joined SP the beginning of June. Hope everyone is doing well. Have a great Labor Day weekend everyone.

Haven't lost any this week but I am suffering from a diverticulitis flare up so I am literally full of it right now. Once the meds take affect I should drop a pound or two.

I had a slight gain this week of 0.2lbs, I know it's not much, but I'm soooo close to 10lbs lost mark. I am just struggling so hard to lose that last 1lb. I know I have more to lose, but to me 10lbs is a great achievement.

I am so bummed. We needed 15 people for a WW at work class. I got 2 people to sign up, then when it was time to pay, one person dropped out. Now I don't have a WW group and I've really needed the weekly weigh-in to keep me on track. so sad.

I haven't coughed horribly today, not at all yet!

I'm going up to the gym and get some stretching done, and maybe take the sprockets (children) for a walk later on. It feels good that health is LOOMING!

I've never had bronchitis before. I haven't felt unwell at all, just coughing fits & breathless when I try anything mildly cardio oriented.

Morning all, Yesterday was a bad day all the way around. TODAY WILL BE A GREAT DAY! I forgot to say my middle son turns 14 today. Meals he picked Pancakes for breakfast, Hotdogs for lunch, and eggsalad sandwiches for dinner.

Wed for me - GOOD day!!!
Did ALL my allocated exercise (~ 2hrs - I'm on a challenge), AAAANNNNDDD scored a job! I'm a causal high school maths teacher & usually average 2 days/wk across a whole year. Only been at public schools, but landed 7days/fortnight for the rest of the year at THEEE best private in the region (think US state), which is a block from home. My girls are there. We can't afford it ($$$) - scholarhips. I hate full-time, so it's PERFECT!

OOohhhh, watch out! Wobbly legs today usually means sore legs tomorrow! But it means you really pushed yourself - well done!

Well, my good mood survived, and after an errand I did my exercise BEFORE starting household chores. I put myself ahead of the house - for once.

70min of cardio + weights, I have sore bits now too.

Glad you're feeling motivated! I did my first Lower Body Workout today and was left feeling weak and shaky. I had no idea my upper body was so much stronger than the lower lol. Oh well, feeling it so much, it's bound to have done some good lol.

The wagon left me too - feel like I've done nothing, but my log actually says otherwise, but MUCH LESS than usual - NO exercise goals achieved. When DH is away, I typically hit a slump after several days, and that combined with grumpy hormones (TOM), but I've woken this morning feeling absolutely BOUYANT! Could be that we also had incessant rain, then it stopped only to be super COLD, but it's just STUNNING outside!!!

So, whether it's the weather, TOM hormones dissipated, dunno - but I'm HAPPY and MOTIVATED again! emoticon

Did my first Upper Body session of my new program today. I used cans for my weights, but it worked out fine. Also, today was my weigh-in day, and I have lost 1.7kg (3.75lbs). That puts my over my second goal and brings my total loss to 10.1kg (22.27lbs)!

Sticking to my plan of alternating days, each with 2 workouts (minimum)
day1 = cardio & muscle
day2 = combined cardio/muscle & flexibility

2 days in a row, weight is lower than previous day- only TINY of course, but on the way.

Niki - not letting it become obsessive - YES!!
I'm unplugging from the net for most of the day and concentrating on being productive elsewhere - and it's working.

Weighed in and have lost a total of 3 pounds thus far (don't worry, I know you can lose lots of water weight at the beginning and that it will even out!)

I'm kind of new - just starting to find where most people in the team 'hang out'.

I'd had a real slow-down in exercise for almost a year. Restarted in earnest a few weeks ago - just getting a daily habit established using the novelty of the Wii. Started with the easiest setting for the 1st week. Now I've changed it to the hardest level which suits me better. Last week made it upstairs (gym at home) for the first time in ages, but just for an hour of yoga.

Today, however, I went up and did a weights workout - only half an hour, but it's still progress on last week.

Still struggling with my diet. I'm tracking most days of the week, but definitely going over on the weekends (and not tracking). I have been consistent with P90X and just started week 3. Afraid I'm putting some weight on as a result of the workouts before I take any off. Discouraged... emoticon

well went to the wine country to celebrate my 12th wedding anniversary and ate over by 1000 calories but did dance and walk around. I gained four pounds that I am trying to get back off. When I got home I got right back to it checking and tracking my calories and activity.

I had a very rough week last week. I was rolling right along when I became sick with some sort of viral infecton. I tried to ignore it, but I was sicker than I have been in a long time. Is it my body's way of rebelling because of all the walking and water drinking. As a result, I went from feeling at the top of my game, to feeling so drained. It took the weekend for me to begin to feel right again. I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired. Anyway, I got back to work. Things have been stressful.

So, I think I did a better job today of eating on track than the days before. Tommorrow I hope to get back to my walking.

I went over in calories today but skimped on fiber. I noticed this week has been on the down side for fiber overall. I must do better with that. I have exercised every day this week and met my goal of 7000 steps a day almost every day. I have areas in which I need improvement. I have areas in which I have done well. Thanks to Spark tracking I know what I need to do with regards to what type of food to eat, etc. Thanks for the check in reminder emoticon

Fell off the wagon today. Went over my calories by 400, my fat and my carbs. Now I feel horrible but I just could not get rid of the hungry feeling. Help what do I do next time this happens?

I lost another two pounds that is a total of 9 pounds so far and I still feeling satisfied with what I am allowed to eat each day.

with spring break & other stressors I've worked out daily but have had some high calorie days.
Have lost some more inches which is good.

well I didn't lose anything this week however, I feel like well I lost 7 pounds the first week and I have been trying to increase exercise so I think I will be ok. Also easter dinner I only ate 500 cal and I had yams and mashed potatoes and ham yum. I made sure to weigh out my food so I could splurge on a small peice of apple pie with ice cream. ahhhh and I went over on fat just a little. I was amazed, I can eat good food and stay within my goals so I didn't lose weight this week but I feel better and am more optimistic.

Trying to recover from Easter. I feel like I've been struggling, although I've mostly been sticking to my program. I'm just putting my heart into it and remiding myself that this is my choice to live a healthy lifestyle. I can make it happen!
