I think the key for any of the plans is to limit portions. As I keep reminding myself, zero points doesn't mean zero calories.

I'm giving Purple a try. With the local organic farm CSA shares coming in weekly, most of my meals are centered around that freshly picked organic produce anyway, plus legumes and whole grains.

I know ultimately no plan will solve the bottom line issue: me saying "No, I'm fully, I do not need more food."

Way to go! I think you are doing awesome! Great job! I am on purple and I really enjoy it. I have to tweak it sometimes, but I have lost 20 pounds on my own with the low sodium diet from my congestive heart failure, and have been on purple for a month and have lost 7 pounds. I have to admit I have shifted my program/plan. I was doing purple, but with some adjustments. I cut out grain/gluten. I admit I don't do WW digital or meetings. I was getting burnt out on the points (I do Itrackbites) and so I am tracking calories here at Spark. I went back to what I was doing before Freestyle. I allow fruits and vegetables and don't worry about counting them. So, essentially I am doing Green. It's working. I am focusing my diet around the healthy foods listed with blue and purple.

I am following the green plan. I found it is better for me than the blue plan. the last two weeks I have lost weight and am hoping it will continue. I started gaining on the blue plan.

I am following purple. I like the flexibility with the increased zero point foods. Remembering that zero is not free. There are still calories.

What program are you following? Purple, Blue or Green? Or are you following Simply Filling as it was originally written or Core?
