I follow The Keto Friendly South Beach Diet Book and I track here at Sparkpeople. I use a mixture of WW to help guide my food choices. WW blue to guide the majority of my food choices. I count calories instead of points and I don't count foods that are considered green on WW. I have used Itrackbites, but found it was simpler to just count my calories here. I liked Itrackbites because I could do points (bites) along with calories. This all sounds complicated but I am a believer in making whatever works for you. I don't believe that any program is one size fits all.

I changed from the Blue Plan as I wasn't losing weight. I am now of the Green Plan and I have lost 11 lbs. I find it is easier for me for some reason and I don't go over my points (so far). My clothes are starting to fit better which I like. I don't use too many of the zero points with the exception of fruits and some veggies.

I've been using itrackbites and tracking points and calories. With the New Year, I'm thinking I'm going to track just calories here at Spark. But, I am going to stay with the Purple Plan and use some adaptations I've come up with. I like many things about Purple and Blue. I try to stay with the zero point foods, but I am limiting some of those foods that I tend to overeat. I like the framework Purple gives me.

How about anyone else?
