I thought perhaps someone else might find the info useful.

Restart June 1st; chose to follow WW old PointsPlus plan
Using the awesome FREE app, iTrackBites
Also IF 12-15 hours per day
Homebound, disabled, mobility challenged, but not giving up!

Thanks. I like Itrackbites. But I decided to cancel my Pro because right now I am doing everything here. Keeps it simple for me.

Just an update on iTrackBites app....

Better Balance is the BLUE plan, formerly known as Freestyle. If you need a tutorial video, you can find a great one here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=GB-H

Better Balance require paying an annual subscription, which is usually $36, but sometimes they have a sale. I got PRO for a year yesterday for $20! That's a whole year!

Sugar Smart is the GREEN plan, and the only workaround one might need is if you want to rollover up to 4 pts per day. There is a video about how to do that here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=EfoS

Better Balance will also track the PURPLE plan (PRO accout which costs $36 or less per year), and includes rollover points,but will need a bit of a tweak, which is explained here in this video: www.youtube.com/watch?v=Aqoe

Also of note is that anyone wanting to follow the older WW plans 123 Success/Turnaround/Momentum, that is the free Conquer Cravings plan on iTrackBites.

PLUS, iTrakBites also has a Community feed including differeing groups, challenges, etc to follow, if you want.

It's a GREAT app and a fantastic alternative to the over-priced WW plans!

Some of us use Itrackbites, a cheaper version of WW. I like WW, but can't afford it. Some have wondered how to do the new plan with Itrackbites. Here is the information I sent another member. There is information on Itrackbites and Dumpy to Diva on Youtube happens to be an Itrackbites coach. She has some videos about how to do work arounds.

Here is my take on the Itrackbites and how to do WW with it.

WW Blue or Freestyle is on Better Balance for Itrackbites. I think Green is on carb conscious. To do Purple you have to do a work around with Better Balance. They have the information on Itrackbites and there are some videos that can help. Since I do Purple, I have Better Balance and then I keep my list for Purple near by. After a while it becomes intuitive. I then use the zero bite toggle to make those other things zero points. There are some things I keep at the normal points and some things I use the toggle. I've kind of made the plan what I need. I want the Blue zero point foods and like the potatoes for purple. But, I've left the points for grains. I can go crazy with breads and rice.

What I like about using Itrackbites is having control to manipulate my plan. I can put points on problem foods and leave other things zero points.
