Ok, so it's not October anymore but I'll share my goals for December with you.

1. continue to journal my meals and stay within my calorie range
2. 500 fitness min this month
3. Maintain or continue losing through the holidays.

My goals for October are:

1. put the scale away in the closet and not weigh in for a month.

2. Track my food on a daily basis.

3. Exercise at least 3 times a week if not more.

My goal for October is to continue running outside. I always have a problem with the cold air hitting my lungs so I'm trying my best to work on that harder. I also want to learn more juicing receipes. I have been working on my core so I want to be able to do 30 sets and 2 reps by the end of the month with all the different types of crunches (I'm doing 15 sets and 2 reps now) and to get over a minute in my plank. I'm going to be 28 in a few weeks and have no kids but I watch my little cousin and he is potty training. He wants to be a firefighter when he gets older so we got him some fire truck underwear and told him he doesn't want to use his hose to wet the fire truck that he wants to put out the fire in the potty ( I know I know that sounds horrible but he finds it funny and hasn't peed yet in them) and his reward after peeing in the potty is to go sit at my fire house and help clean the apparatus lol he loves it. Good luck with the potty training!!!

I see team streams on the right side of the screen, so I know someone is still active. emoticon
I am a nocturnal medic, I have three kids, two of them are off I school and the two year old is up and acting crazy already, it's 7:30 am here. I am trying to potty train him, so I have to stay awake. So we have any mom and dads here? What ages are we representing?
I have a second shift tonight, plus my refresher class.
Any goals for October? Walking a certain number.... Anything? Let us know what's up in your journey in weight loss. What's worked, what didn't....
I have my diet under control....we eat lower carb and mostly GF (my 10 yo dd is a type 1 diabetic with Celiac) it is finding the energy to get my !!!, and DO SOMETHING.

October goals:
Get four days of 30 minute activity: Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 is my DVD of choice right now
Drink 8 or more glasses of water every day (coffee doesn't count)
