Did not count my calories, but I have cut down to 1/2 a cup of coffee done the way I like it with cream and sugar. I am very proud of that. I'll do a better job of tracking calories today.

exercised 35 minutes, drank 12 glasses of water and I stayed in my calorie range. i was actually in range for everything! that doesn't always happen.

Evening challengers, just blogging my results from today:

30 minutes of exercise on my wii ( The Biggest Loser DVD) emoticon

Woke up this morning feeling good so I decided to try on a pair of capris that I couldn't button or zip up 3 weeks again, and woohoo I was able to button and zip them up. I was very proud of myself because I can't see the lbs on the scale, but I can see the results in my clothes. The capris I'm talking about is the ones I have on in my profile picture, before and after picture. Thanks to SparkPeople.

Fo far I have gotten in 66 minutes of cardio for the day. Eating is on track.

I weighed in this morning at 149lbs. 2 lbs loss in one week. I am happy!
