Hello ladies,
I joined SP in 3/2007, and have also done WW on-and-off since 3/2003. I've maintained a 42 lb weight loss, and aspire to lose 18-20 more pounds to reach my ultimate maintenance weight of 140 lbs.
Currently, I am unable to exercise b/c I had surgery 2 months ago and had a complication. Hopefully I can resume my usual activities in another 1-2 months and get back on track with fitness! What I need to focus on right now is getting my diet back on track.
Since the surgery, I have been at home most of the time, and eating more freely. Fortunately, I've only gained 2.5 pounds, but I feel like I'm losing control and afraid that I'll gain more if I don't make better choices.
Step 1 - participate in the SP community - so here I am! Please help me to stay focused through the sharing of our experiences. I can use all of the help I can get!
