Today was the most productive fitness-wise I've had in a long time: I swam for 50 minutes, used the elliptical for 30 minutes, and did a 10 minute Abs of Steel workout. In addition, I logged 14 hours of 250+ steps and have walked over my 12,000 step goal for the day! Here's to being on vacation without the kids! emoticon emoticon emoticon
