1. Focus on keeping it to 1 diet pepsi per day or less.
2. Increase my water or tea intake so that I am getting at least 8 glasses per day.
3. Focus on healthy ways to handle stress.

Please comment on what you would like to accomplish in 2017. Make sure to make it a S.M.A.R.T. goal - (Specific, Measurable, Action-oriented, Realistic, Time-Limited) Last July I started working with a health coach as a free service that my employer offers. She suggested making S.M.A.R.T goals and to add a little at a time. Since then my goals have grown to be as follows:
1. Hit 10,000 steps on my fitbit everyday
2. Track my food on Sparkpeople everyday
3. I will walk the treadmill on my 2-15 minute breaks at work.
4. I will add in a 10 minute strength training exercise every day on my lunch break.
If I ever feel I need to tweak or add something I will but for now my 2017 goal is to be consistent with my S.M.A.R.T. goals.
